    • Born 1950; began claims-adjusting career 49 years ago with AAA of Michigan. Joined L. W. Norman & Associates in 1979 and became a multi-adjuster, handling liability and property claims. In addition, a Michigan Licensed Private Investigator that is available to attend or monitor legal proceedings, record dispositions, conduct surveillance, process serving, and skip trace individuals required for litigation. Business Associate Degree, Detroit Institute of Technology.

  • Larry Norman RPA, CIA/CIU, Secretary & Treasurer
    • Born 1948, Company Founder, 57 years of multi-line adjusting experience, 10 years of employment at a national independent adjusting firm, and various insurance carriers. Handle all lines of claims, property, and casualty, along with damage appraisals of structures and heavy equipment, plus serve on panels, as an appraiser or umpire, regarding the evaluation of loss damage amounts. BS degree, Wayne State University, Attended 3 years of Law School.
